On Tuesday, July 31, at 1 PM EDT, Digital Marketing Depot presents “SEO for e-Commerce: Challenges and Solutions,” a free webcast featuring Eric Enge of Stone Temple Consulting and Jesse Laffen of Slingshot SEO.
Registration is open at Digital Marketing Depot.
E-commerce sites face a number of unique SEO problems. For one thing, e-commerce sites typically have large numbers of pages with product descriptions that come from a product manufacturer, or otherwise do little to differentiate themselves from the descriptions used by competing sites selling similar products.
The other major problem is that e-commerce sites can often face significant challenges obtaining links to their site. They need to do something to stand out so other sites will consider it worthwhile to link to their site.
This presentation on July 31 will detail these challenges and go into the types of solutions that e-commerce publishers can use to develop and grow organic search traffic. Topics will include: commeon SEO challenges unique to the e-commerce publishers; expert solutions to grow organic traffic; and, how to link-build for an e-commerce site.
